Hi, I’m Susan. This blog was started for two reasons. First, I want to help people get healthier and happier. I hope to do that by sharing both my experiences and my nutritional expertise. I have three autoimmune diseases, and living a lifestyle to reverse them can be difficult, but worthwhile.
