Hi, I’m Susan. This blog was started for two reasons. First, I want to help people get healthier and happier. I hope to do that by sharing both my experiences and my nutritional expertise. I have three autoimmune diseases, and living a lifestyle to reverse them can be difficult, but worthwhile. Secondly, one of the most challenging aspects of this lifestyle for me is minimizing all the stresses of daily life. Writing is therapeutic for me, and hopefully reading will be therapeutic for you.
